Step 1: Purchase

Purchase the online certification class you need. Initial and renewal students take the same course when it is online. Once you have made the purchase you will receive two emails; first your receipt and 2nd a URL to the online cognitive learning section.

Step 2: Online Portion

Click on the URL or paste the URL in web browser. Click on the ‘Activate Course’ button.  ‘Sign In’ OR ‘Create a New Account’. Complete the online cognitive training portion of class when it is convenient for you. When you have finished print your course "Certificates of Completion”. This is not your certificate. You will need to bring this with you when you complete step three.

Step 3: Skills Session

Complete your hands-on skills practice and testing section with one of our friendly and knowledgeable instructors. To complete schedule an appointment by clicking “Schedule Skills Session” From the top menu.
